The Training Manager is responsible for managing the MCV Training Department, overseeing Development and administration of QMS training curriculums that provide comprehensive training to employees, and assures training compliance.
The CRE focuses on safety and is responsible for construction quality and compliance with design drawings and specifications. The CRE monitors construction progress, notifies the Construction Engineers/Superintendents (CE/S) when internal Quality Control (QC) inspections and independent testing by the on-site laboratory are required, and issues deficiency notices and compiles punch lists.
