In this role, you will be responsible to analyze and resolve/escalate problems encountered by the team during the implementation of all products/systems. This will include detailed issue escalation and resolution through interaction with third party vendors.
Deliver effective the company product and technology education to agencies through a variety or mediums, such as instructor-led training and presentations, web conferences (such as WebEx), and teleconferences.
In this role, you will conduct site visits for a new TSMs first training, provide additional training and coaching as needed. Assist in reviewing Training Recaps, provide TSM with applicable edits and coaching.
Supports and enables the development of PEX capability by providing a challenging and stretching learning experience to promote the behaviors and actions for a sustainable continuous improvement environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and/or administering safety, health, environmental protection, and substance abuse prevention programs affecting employee and public safety, occupational health, fire protection and prevention, and equipment and property protection.
In this job, you are expected to provide a variety of services and support to clients and teachers throughout the region which may include interactive technology,conducting Education Technology Assessments and providing consulting.
In this role, you will provide a wide array of training and support services to Customer Operations, which includes but is not limited to the Customer Contact Center, Meter to Cash, Integration Center, and New Business Team.
