In this role, you will develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing. Cold calling and internet based sourcing. The majority of this will focus on technology based searches.
As a member of our team, the Technical Recruiter owns and drives the recruiting process from end-to-end. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for our Software Engineering organization.
In this role, you will work on longer term projects like employment branding, intern programs, internal recruitment policies and more; manage full life cycle recruiting for technical roles including: engineering, devops, data science and product management.
In this role, you will identify technical employees for contract and contract to hire positions throughout Northern NJ and work with the recruiting team to identify the best talent for our open positions.
