In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.
Responsible for assisting with the tax accounting process, including the quarterly effective tax rate, quarterly journal entry requirements, preparing year-end tax provision workpapers, and related SEC and press release disclosures.
This position will perform tax research, assist with audit defense, prepare for review indirect tax returns (sales and use tax) and supervise and manage interns who respond to state and local tax notices.
The individual in this position will be responsible for preparing fiduciary Tax Returns for Trusts and Estates where Fiduciary Trust acts as Trustee and Executor as well as where Fiduciary acts as paid preparer for agency accounts.

In this role, you will assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions including current and deferred tax analysis in accordance with ASC 740 for multiple clients under the direction of the tax director and Tax Partner.
In this role, you will be responsible for the majority of the deliverables supporting the US GAAP income tax provision such as the deferred tax roll forward, payable accounts roll forward, current provision, deferred provision, valuation allowance schedule, state and local provision.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits; conduct detailed reviews on all returns and appropriate review notes for preparers.
In this role, you will do monthly tax provisioning process , cash settlements for tax sharing among legal entities. The selected candidate will include tax budgeting and forecasting responsibilities, special projects and required tax analytics for executive management review.
In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for providing excellent client service to multi-state companies with state and local tax issues, including compliance, advisory services, planning, technology, and controversies.
