Recruits for clinical and non-clinical professional positions for the health system. Implements and coordinates system-wide sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities and advertising. Builds relationships and collaborates with all business units to meet current talent acquisition needs.
The role works in collaboration with the leadership team for UTIO and the P&W HR Client Manager team by supporting the foreign local national hiring process. This role will act as the subject matter expert for global hiring across P&Ws UTIO network.
In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business and academic units which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interview process, interviewing candidates, conducting reference and background checks, making salary recommendations, negotiating offers and initiating the onboarding process for new employees.
The recruiting specialist proactively sources talent and should have experience in a wide variety of passive recruitment tools with a strong ability to cold call. Likewise, you must be able to build and conduct an effective recruiting campaign to attract applicants.
