In this role, the selected candidate will conduct detailed phone screens (the majority of your day will be on the phone); use your hunter mentality to headhunt candidates who would match your requirements.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operational colleagues as well as external vendors, resources and candidates on any number of short and long term projects and initiatives.
In this role, you will manage existing external talent resources including vendor management and outsourcing functions. This includes candidate screening resources and recruiting/on boarding partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for implements and coordinates system-wide sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities and advertising. The selected candidate will develop, cultivate and manage relationships with business partners to provide service excellence and expertise.
In this role, you will be conducting phone interviews and facilitating the interview process for the hiring managers, updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, extending offers and ensuring seamless on-boarding of new hires.
In this role, you will develop strong relationships with the business in order to forecast recruitment needs; provide consultation to key line managers and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies linked with business needs.
