The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs and processes and to act as a partnered liaison between the business and the technical team. He/She will be responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to IS, the business teams and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing all sales report training materials and presenting reports to current and new company end-users and cross functional stakeholders in a clear and concise format with a focus on training for optimal use and on findings to assist in decision making aligned to the sales strategy.
In this role, you will analyze and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization.
In this role, you will analyze existing systems and business functions to be able to document current state and provide gap and risk analysis. Work with various teams (business and systems) to ensure that solutions are produced in accordance with the business requirements and are effectively validated.
