The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing and improving a global supply chain for finished goods and raw materials with a budget of approximately $50+ million annually.
Collaborate to develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the client, including sourced categories, category strategies, savings commitments, service improvement ideas, and transition/implementation plan.
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of progressive procurement strategies that deliver advantaged economics, controlled capital and expense costs, industry-leading innovation and quality in the procurement of all goods and services.
Responsible for conducting spend analysis, analyzing supply markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations. Leverages eSourcing technology platforms where appropriate.
Manages RFI, RFP, contract development, and review processes and utilizes appropriate support tools to enhance sustainable results and ensuring that procurement processes are conducted in the most effective way possible.
Support the development and execution of fuel and energy management category strategies within the region.These strategies include tracking key costs, forecasts, procurement approaches, and risk management.
Manage the strategic sourcing and planned negotiation of products, equipment and services associated with the technology category, in support of all Raytheon businesses; determine best sourcing approach (ie. fact-based negotiations, reverse auctions, RFx, etc.).
The Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Tactical (SS&T) Procurement provides leadership to two functional procurement teams, Strategic Sourcing Procurement and Tactical Procurement, reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Procurement Officer.
