Perform program analysis, manage risk, identify and influence necessary course corrections, creatively solve problems, and communicate program status and activities across multiple levels of management.
Coordinate, and influence cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product Marketing, Quality Engineering, User Experience, and Documentation teams to help them plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on building the right things at the highest levels of quality.
Plan, execute, and finalize software and hardware implementation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes engaging resources and ensuring quality control throughout projects. This is a position which requires over 50% travel across the United States.
The Engineering Customer Response Team (ECRT) for Mobile Computing leads the post-release Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineering efforts required to sustain the product lifecycle. ECRT is responsible for identifying and resolving engineering defects that are the root cause of critical customer issues. ECRT is also responsible for product redesign in component end-of-life situations.
