The primary roles of the Chief Software Architect are to provide hands-on architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to our software development and design teams, be a close collaborator and trusted advisor to the VP Software Development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.

In this role, the selected candidate will design complex software systems for high-end solutions; determine overall architectural principles, frameworks and standards; work in a consultative fashion with other organizations such as security and operations.
In this role, you will create a common technical vision for the Security Edge Devices including Video Recorder and Access Control panels/devices, which fulfills customer and profitability requirements.
In this role, you will support Customer Quality issues, including analysis, customer requested investigations, and ensuring proper completion/documentation/communication of Customer reported issues. Maintains appropriate databases & detailed records to track, document, and status issues.
