Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, establishing brand leadership and loyalty to increase customer engagement and awareness of the Spectrum Enterprise Brand across social channels.
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on all bank products, procedures and processes, including Risk and Compliance; have list of answers to popular FAQs on hand for best customer experience.
This position on the social media team will be responsible with overseeing original content for various social accounts. Candidate must have a passion for sports with strong writing, creative, and collaborative skills.
Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services.
