Lead the program lifecycle for Operations and Service Readiness for a new start up within Philips driving the development of all deliverables beginning with business and user requirements, design, implementation, business processes and transfer to end customer support.
Work closely with engineering teams while also developing and managing customer relationships across the company. Responsibilities include engaging customers to identify opportunities, define & design features and working closely with development teams throughout Amazon to get them in the hands of customers. Our candidate will have experience defining products, extensive experience in leading diverse, cross functional teams, and will meet a high technical bar. You will need to be a strong leader, able to communicate clearly and compelling at all levels of the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading project analysis and definition of requirements; implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Requires ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate the "big picture" to others; manages multiple changing priorities; requires strong knowledge and use of industry accepted project management disciplines.
Create a framework aimed to identify business gaps, analyze root causes and develop resolutions. You will own the overall process improvement roadmap and partner with senior stakeholders to drive action.
The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating and guiding the assigned project teams in their activities and helping to keep the project(s) on track using Scrum methodology/framework or Waterfall whichever applicable.
