In this role, you will be responsible to provide performance reporting of financial data, business insight analytics, and performance modeling to drive charge volume, activation, and coverage goals. Analyze data and identify financial trends in merchant acquisition, activation, charge volume, retention, and merchant movement by partner and channel.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business and operational strategy; identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities.
In this position, you will interface with Business Partners, Technical resources (i.e. Solution Engineers, Systems Analysts, Developers), Architecture, and Quality Assurance to translate and simplify requirements, ensure requirements are met throughout entire framework, and verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements.
This role is ultimately responsible for supporting the marketing leadership team with data-driven recommendations. This individual will collaborate across the marketing organization, finance, sales ops and IT and be responsible for establishing a clear marketing KPI framework, driving marketing measurement and reporting, and providing analysis and recommendations based on data.
