The Marketing Account Manager is primarily responsible for boosting the overall efficiency and quality of interactions with our accounts, supporting training and marketing initiatives and helping to improve sales
results within channel partners.
Preparing performance reports by utilizing information from portfolio attribution and accounting systems (Eagle) for use in client and marketing presentations; developing a thorough understanding of investment strategies and product structures.
The purpose of this position is to initiate, qualify (ensure the prospect fits with the companys strategic direction) and develop new business with target organizations to meet or exceed pre-agreed upon production revenue goals within a specific market segment or geography.

The Sales Representative is responsible for the successful execution of the sales plan for their assigned territory and the achievement of quarterly and annual sales plan objectives. This role includes essential functions such as the management of a field sales office, customer acquisition, cultivation & retention, product launch execution, expense control, inventory management, surgical case coverage, travel within the territory as well as maintaining open communications with sales management and customers.

The Marketing & Graphic Design Support position provides an opportunity to create and design new marketing materials, apply new software packages, assist in the rebranding of our products, website updates and maintenance, promotional materials and other marketing functions as necessary.
This position with assist in: the creation and maintenance of product financial plans; financial evaluations of new product or product line extension; performance of due diligence; competitive benchmarking; alliance management; post-mortem analyses; and specialized projects, as required.
