The Quality Engineer, Designated Complaint Handling Unit (DCU) will be responsible for the integrity of POC complaint files and the complaint handling process, and will contribute to measurable improvements in complaint handling, product quality, and the customer experience.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a knowledge of software engineering best practices across the life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes and testing.
This QA analyst position will be dedicated to the Dianon TSA program & labs. Quality duties will include but are not limited to the following: on-site monthly lab visits, lab log reviews, SOP compliance, validation plans, complete lab QA reports (error occurrence, lab QA monitors) quality related training, preparation & responses for CAP/CLIA inspections, audit.
Supports the clinical and operational performance of CHS Physician Organization practices through the development of analytics (clinical, quality, operational, etc.), reports and corrective action plans which improve process flows and efficiency.
In this role, the selected candidate will design and develop automated/ manual test scripts that ensure applications meet their functional requirements; define test strategy and test plans, analyze business requirements and extrapolate efficient test scenarios that result in full automated application coverage.
The Junior Tester is a recent graduate with limited previous experience and works under close supervision while being involved in test planning, writing test cases / scripts, creating reusable test data, test case automation and test execution.
