This position is responsible for providing manufacturing and/or engineering process support in accordance with documented procedures and practices. This is a key technical role responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance fundamental practices that are utilized in the local business.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for development and oversight of test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of systems including; automation framework (in-sprint and regression), automation scripting guidance, standardized test architecture, end to end test automation strategy, and test environment strategy requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in reliability and testing, including electronics and mechanical systems consisting of a mixture of gears, motors, injection-molded plastic parts, metal parts, and electronics.
In this role, the selected candidate will assure consistent, effective use of the site change control system for all change requests; ensure supporting documentation and change deliverables meet external regulatory and internal WWQC guidelines and requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the test strategy and approach, measurements and metrics applied to the testing effort across multiple interdependent projects at a program level.
Apply test processes and tools in order to measurably improve quality and run test initiatives more efficiently in conjunction with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and in accordance with QA and industry standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with client leadership team to propose solutions and improvements to customer senior leadership, lead client Automation team at Onshore (direct) + Offshore (indirect).
