In this role, the selected candidate will ensure new products maintain maximum profit margins through analysis and improvement of product coverages, packages and features, maintain compliance and good relationships with state regulators and oversee state filings.
This person will champion these efforts; from working with a global sales team to internal resources, customer interface, project development to production release. The position is an advocate for the customer and outside sales force (sales are primarily to OEMs but also through distribution), and will managing growth programs through the entire lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible to develops and manages personal lines auto and property product lines to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This role includes the development of new products, modifying existing products and maintenance of current products based upon financial results and customer acceptance. Helps drive the implementation and administration process for all pl auto and property product initiatives.
