Assist with review of basic commercial contract documents such as work orders, statements of work (SOWs), product schedules, pricing schedules, etc. (ideally for IT professional services contracts, software license agreements, computer hardware sale agreements).
The candidate will be working closely with attorneys, lenders, borrowers and sellers. This position requires a candidate who excels at customer service, is detail-oriented and has the ability to multitask.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience assisting in preparing regulatory filings, including proxy statements, as well as preparing and drafting regulatory documents using a content management system.
The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing closings for purchases, sales, financing transactions, leases and litigation pleadings, sending faxes, typing documents, document management, maintaining calendars, interfacing with clients, customers, attorneys, tenants, and lenders.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and process requests for provider contracts, letters of agreement, contract amendments, and notices; review provider documents, including provider application, attestations, and credentials.
This position is responsible for providing project management and paralegal support to attorneys who practice in the area of trademark law. This position requires an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with attorneys and other staff members.
