In this role, the selected candidate manages and organizes the attorney s practice, including maintaining the attorney s calendar and scheduling meetings, either in person or via audio conference, as it relates to depositions, court-appointed conferences, hearings, closings, negotiations, etc. Assists with food services setup and cleanup as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an ability to multitask and will be responsible for data entry, client interaction and assisting the attorney in processing various types of real estate transactions and some probate matters when necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will process residential closings from beginning to post closing stage, intercating with attorneys, buyer/seller, brokers, lenders and all parties involved in document preparation.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for issuing legal holds. Document management. Acquiring email, ordering computer imaging. Working with multiple groups within the Company to gather support for litigation projects. Various e-discovery tasks. Review and analysis of agreements, invoices, and various contract documents.
