The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a litigation secretarial support roles, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Your daily responsibilities will include handling legal correspondence, filing, responding to client inquiries, sorting mail, managing the calendar, and handling appointments.
Assist with review of basic commercial contract documents such as work orders, statements of work (SOWs), product schedules, pricing schedules, etc. (ideally for IT professional services contracts, software license agreements, computer hardware sale agreements).
