Patent Paralegals will be considered if they have filed applications and responses with the USPTO and if they are comfortable instructing foreign agents on filings, prepared assignments and declarations.
Responsible for US and international patent filings, patent nationalizations into the US and foreign jurisdictions, as well as foreign filings under other conventions; responsible for preparing all documents required in connection with US, PCT and foreign applications; preparation of simple responses to official communication and notifications.
The Paralegal position supports multiple attorneys, other members of the Legal department and business clients with substantive and administrative legal needs. Under general supervision, the Paralegal will assist in a variety of law-related activities that do not require a law degree, including: legal and regulatory research.
