integrating proprietary and third party tools into production. Production Engineering is involved with every production department from Design to Final Render.
The selected candidate will monitor conditions, recommend and implement changes to the production environment that improve the stability, performance and security of a large scale Linux computing platform.
In this role, you will create and design production tooling & qualification test. Generate technical work instructions. Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of the Electro-Mechanical systems.
In this role, you will responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance of equipment as needed to support live broadcast operations. We will look to this Engineer to be enthusiastic, and troubleshoot production and on-air issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Engineering, Service Performance, Customer Care, etc. to ensure identify and resolve issues; maintain and promote operational best practices, within the team and to non-sysops teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor, troubleshoot & correct server and network problems and live network broadcasting issues; clearly and effectively documenting information in the Trouble Ticket system for communication to other staff, to open tickets and follow up on escalated problems.
The person in this role will own and be responsible for the health of our cloud-based services, assisting developers with releases and ensuring both availability and recoverability requirements across multiple environments.
