In this role, the selected candidate will provide point-of-service support with key healthcare providers, clinics, and infusion centers within a specified geography in order to enhance disease knowledge, support the patient therapy selection process, coordinate and provide training, assist patient pull through, enhance compliance and improve adherence.
In this role, the selected candidate will support therapy choice through therapeutic, product education, and patient pull through; assist patient, Patient Services, and prescribing HCP office with alternative site of care coordination when indicated.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operational aspects of the ANCC accredited continuing nursing education service offering while adhering to ANCC accreditation criteria, including; prioritization, planning, development.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and strengthen relationships with all key customers; partner with client field staff to provide excellent customer service for accounts (Sales, Sales management, other as identified by client).
In this role, you will completes client specific and ubctraining programs within timeframe indicated at time of release of trainingmaterials. Completes post-training assessment test with mandatory passingscore.
In this role, the selected candidate will train and educate office staff including infusion centers, on proper use, handling and administration of products including adverse events and safety information per label; support therapy choice through therapeutic, product education, and patient pull through.
In this role, you will complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports.
