In this role, the selected candidate will manage bidding, negotiation process and obtain costs for all materials purchased with external vendors as well as handle the production expenses, tracking and reporting for a multi-million dollar budget.
In this role, you will research, develop and implement marketing and communications content, materials and strategies related to brand awareness, sales and internal client needs. Lead a multitude of projects, provide direction and expertise around communications and marketing solutions as well as collaborate with internal business clients, external audiences and the Corporate Marketing and Communications team to ensure business goals are met.
The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for the creative content of multi-media marketing materials including literature, tradeshow messaging, email campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
In this role, the successful candidate will be developing timelines and managing projects through the system from creative direction and development to legal and regulatory approval to productionand ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project progress.
