In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the processing of biweekly payroll for over 500 employees and consultants from input to delivery (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and follow up).
In this role, the selected candidate will track and monitor all searches to adhere to CUNY, Hunter and affirmative action protocols by reviewing demographic information and tracking hiring process phases, ensuring necessary steps are followed.
In this role, you will perform essential duties, lead and direct the work flow of the payroll department to ensure that all payroll is processed in an accurate and timely fashion, and that accounts payable invoices are properly coded and processed in a timely fashion.
In this role, you will be responsible to work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all hr business processes. Process transactions in our hr system (workday) and maintain data quality.
