In this role, the selected candidate will provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, recommend, and test new processes to resolve and improve HRIS process flaws/defects.

In this role, you will be responsible for vendor relationships with Avature, researching new trends in recruiting tools and offering recommendations for best practices and further development of the CRM system.
In this role, you will participate in enterprise system implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization.
In this role, you will work closely with individuals from across the HR organization and MIS to serve as a technical point of contact to assist subject matter experts to define requirements, implement new functionality, test system changes, ensure data integrity, develop standard and ad-hoc reporting, and manage alignment between systems.
