The Benefits and Compensation Manager will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive pay and benefits strategy ,employee relations, payroll support, and quality of personnel records, reporting, administration of 401k plans and other HR related duties.

8- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment fulfilling a strategic HR role environment for a medium sized corporation or larger. Prefer experience within multiple locations & business units with a broad range of HR-related contacts floor senior levels in addition to some time as line manager.
Facilitate resolution of Human Resources issues in a timely manner and thrive in periods of intense activity. Responsible for coaching and directing performance management, employee relations, terminations and conflict resolution.
