The HR Financial Performance role will be responsible for spearheading the budgeting process for HR, tracking the HR financials including OneProject costs and developing the strategy to identify and report key HR metrics, analytics, and financials to inform the development of broader HR strategies and business objectives.
The HR/L&D Director will guide and manage the overall provision of human resource services, policies and programs for the entire company. They will also plan and administer learning solutions to focus on developing and enhancing the competencies and skills of employees to build motivated, engaged and high performing teams in order to accomplish goals, and meet the organizations business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing world class diversity practices to Diageo. Working collaboratively with all business functions, senior management, HR Business Partners and COEs, this individual will create and execute a North American Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Lead and manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with the company's engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients.
Responsible for building relationships with the teams to implement strategies that meet the HR objectives. Serve as primary contact for Planning group to assistAssociates in resolving issues, navigating workplace dynamics and drivingcareer growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, develop and implementing HR strategies for employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning, performance management, HR policy, talent acquisition and training.
