The Global Account Manager will be responsible for providing global business leadership and management of this global account, build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage virtual resources.
In this role, the selected candidate plans, coaches, trains, advises, and reviews with individual sales representatives their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets and assist them in their career planning, training and growth; recommends and facilitates appropriate development opportunities.
Responsible for developing and coordinating the Ducting & Sealing and Conveyance Business Unit top Line Aftermarket Sales Plan, including new capture efforts and needed resources to support such efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal relationships within both sales and operations as well as coordinating with numerous internal contacts in all regions of the world is a requirement to ensure successful pre and post-sales support of our clients needs.
Incumbent is overall HDS GTM Strategic Opportunities champion for the success of HDS and GSD Solution Sets. Primary focus is on developing and driving current go-to-market strategy and supporting materials, programs, etc. to enable revenue success of HDS GTM Strategic Opportunities and overall revenue.
