Responsible for general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services (Core Services of: Facilities/engineering, food or custodial Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
The General Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives; integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy and management/leadership of hourly/ salary staff including shop supervisors.
This position includes all customer co-marketing efforts: Data driven content creation, easily communicated product messaging, effective in-store merchandising, content management, 1st class website experiences in partnership with the Omni Channel team, all aspects of promotions, collaboration on traditional advertising (fliers, TVCs, online and other), management of programs within budget, and overall positioning of the brand at retail and online.
Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Accounting / Finance and a proven track record of implementing IT Financial ERP solutions that include 3rd party package implementations and application development.
Develop, analyze, implement, and maintain budgets for all costs for manufacturing operations; assists in driving the necessary pipelines to reduce major costs for energy, material/procurement, and productivity improvement.
Delivers strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare and regulatory agency standards and programs, continually monitoring operations, completing assessments and developing necessary action plans to provide optimal managed services and drive patient and customer satisfaction.
Directs the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods for new or existing products and technologies including outgoing quality, safety and efficiency improvements for all manufactured operations.
Provide clear guidelines and goals for analytics and research projects. Formulating and executing on data product road maps for addressable and linear TV as well as Sling TV. Provide guidance for programmatic innovation and other audience-based initiatives as needed.
