As a Technical Inside Sales Representative you will work directly, with customers to understand their technical and business challenges and help them identify ways to apply our products toward the resolution of their problems. You will also focus on driving sales growth of product and service opportunities to close.
As an Inside Sales Representative, youll be asked to execute and enhance the business development process. Inside Sales Representatives must quickly learn about complex risk and compliance challenges in industries like online retail, travel and leisure, and financial services.
The Senior Sales Representative (SSR) is responsible for engaging health care professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s) selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.
You will need to have the experience and passion for the aesthetics business and know how to successfully identify potential customer needs be they outcomes or ROI. You are known for your ability to engage everyone in the business from physicians, aestheticians and office managers.
You will also work with the field sales force as a representative of the broader internal/external sales organization by providing open communication with the field to insure timely and complete lead follow-up, including CRM documenting and logging.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the above mentioned systems. This includes Cable problems, radio programming and basic trouble shooting, resolving CAN interface issues, and verifying Ethernet connectivity via the vehicle maintenance port.
Experience with SaaS products or services, telecommunication services, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, emergency management, incident communications, security or related products highly desirable.
