The Division Manager has the overall responsibility for the daily operations of a District office including ensuring compliance with company standards, inventory management, team management, financial accountability and ensuring that the highest quality service experience is delivered to each customer.
Develops and monitors policies and procedures, coordinates flow of patients, and oversees financial and medical billing functions. Serves as liaison with referring physicians, effectively manages human resources, and performs other job-related duties as required or requested.
Lead the alignment process with Headquarter Teams against strategies and key priorities. Participates in team calls to gain alignment and develop specific action plans. Drive engagement to achieve safety and OMP goals.
