The Director, Contract Operations, is responsible for leading and continuing the development of the Contract Operations function for a growing commercial organization with two approved products (one for the treatment of addiction and another for the treatment of schizophrenia) and a portfolio of pipeline product candidates focused on CNS diseases.
The Director will lead a team of DSPV Specialists and Operation managers and will play a visible and pivotal role in growing this function within Alkermes Drug Safety and Phamacovigilance (DSPV). This individual will be accountable for the processes and performance of all case processing activities, including procedures and tools for managing effective and compliant submissions for all investigational and marketed products.

The Director is principally responsible for physician practice operational implementation of practice procedures; trainings; and remediation activities for identified process improvements and other on-going operational initiatives that support compliance with the Corporate System-Wide Compliance & Privacy Program (i.e. the operational monitoring and procedures utilized by SMG to comply with the System Program).
Oversee scheduling operations of the operations staff at the Communication Center including the IBEW technicians and engineers supporting linear technical operations, engineering, and media operation teams.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of consisting of members of our account management, ad operations, engineering, data/analytics and UX design teams in driving implementation of all product initiatives from definition through release following Agile methodology.
Lead Retirement product life cycle management function, assess industry and market to determine FS product direction, roadmaps and oversee end to end product life cycle from market assessment through end retirement.
