In this role, the candidate will supervise direct reports to establish measurable individual performance goals; monitor progress toward achievement and recognition of goals on a regular basis and take corrective action when necessary.
The Director assists the Executive Director of Pharmacy in the development and implementation of departmental operations plans, quality of service, expense control and effective management of capital and human resources for all the services within the department.
This role will develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for pharmacy operations to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. Additional responsibilities include responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
In this role, you will direct the daily operations of our Clients Pharmacy department in delivering safe & effective pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, obstetric and oncology patients
