The Marketing, Web and Subject Recruitment Specialist is responsible for helping increase subject enrollment and the clinical trial accrual rate across the institution by maintaining an up-to-date, user-friendly website and strategically promoting trials to relevant target audiences.
In this position, you will develop and execute impactful lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns. Support Gems global users and train associates on use of the tool for campaign execution and performance analytics.
In this role, you will engage with and inspire our clients to find a better way to solve their problems through our digital properties and to attract talent that are passionate about our brand promise. This position will be located in our burlington, ma corporate office and will report to the director of marketing programs.
