In this role, the successful candidate will proactively work with customers to solve product and warranty issues for Quell; ability to handle a high call/email regarding Customer Care volume environment.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers identify and solve problems, order entry, reviewing product specification to determine what items they may need, reviewing inventory, following up with lead times, scheduling shipment, liaison with sales and engineering department to identify needs, handle returns and various other tasks.
The Account Services Representative will be responsible for various aspects of account management while providing timely and accurate information and support to the NBCU Direct Response Sales team and clients.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise in finding solutions and supporting hardware, software and operating systems in an inter-networked environment, which includes different desktop/laptop operating Windows OS and Mac OS (desktop applications, browsers, printers, and telecommunications and video.).
The position is also responsible for preparing client reports and paperwork, maintaining client contact to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling of meetings between clients and Lead Advisors, responding to client requests, and troubleshooting client problems.
