In this role, you will be responsible to coordinate and implement various projects and initiatives for Creative Development, Government Relations, and Corporate Donations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing and streamlining the Scholastic Possible Fund (book donations) system; communicating and working cross-divisionally on Creative Development and Government Relations events, initiatives, and projects as well as oftentimes maintaining the day-to day responsibilities of those events, initiatives, and projects for each of the respective departments.
In this role, you will assist in quarterly closing of other corporate entities including assistance with quarterly reconciliations. Assist in coding/entering warrants for Senior Corporate Accountant during peak times (e.g. tax checks, inter company settlements etc.). Assist in close and new compliant entity as well as any new management company entities that are created.
