Responsible for setting policy and coordinating all activities involved in export/import regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, ECCN product classifications, harmonized tariff classifications, country of origin determination, product valuation reporting, export license applications, Automated Export System reporting, obtaining and reviewing end use statements for exports, and sanctioned party list screening.
Performs process and control assessments for new acquisitions and divisions, entities and locations new to the audit scope for potential IT general controls, application controls and process improvements.
This candidate will complete all the compliance and legal approval processes for grants, sponsorships, and memberships requested to International Therapeutic Public Affairs (TAPA) and to Global Policy & International Public Affairs (GPIPA).
Manage the design and development of the Companys ethics and compliance online training courses, serving as a liaison between subject matter experts and the HR Learning team, and working with outside training developers, translators and other vendors to create courses that meet our technical and content requirements.
