Responsible for standardization and analysis of all Problem Resolution processes/procedures to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and proper
coordination with the different areas of Transportation, Logistics, warehousing and the customer.
In this role, the successful candidate will develop, manage, update and streamline Safety SOPs in order to better support R Efficiency in the stores and to ensure alignment with Asset Protection and Company strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day support in the maintenance of the Firms compliance program, including but not limited to: monitoring of employee personal trading and electronic communications; preparation, distribution, collection and analysis of employee disclosure forms.
In this role, the selected candidate will be leading the business users, IT project teams, and external partners to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met.
The AML Investigations team will execute investigations based on Client On-boarding; Maintenance; Transaction Monitoring referrals; Government sources and Referrals from business partners and other control areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing transactions on a monthly basis involving electronic wires and check activity. Reviewing to see if negative news or other potential AML concerns with transactions activities exist.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with our CCO to understand current and new policies and procedures affecting us and our operations; monitor our operations for compliance to our Policies & Procedures and Code of Ethics.
