The Client Service Manager, reporting to the Head of Global Distribution Services, will work directly with the US sales and relationship management team with the goal of delivering a level of service that will exceed our prospect and clients expectations.

In this role, the selected candidate will manage a caseload of clients including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration; facilitate local marketing and recruiting events to build a strong presence in the community.
In this role, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with Sales, Client Consulting, Marketing, Launch/Delivery, and other Teams to shape new product offerings for agencies and direct clients.
In this position, you will plan investing in a variety of equity and fixed income products with vehicles such as separate accounts, Collective Investment Trusts, Private Investment Funds, Institutional Trusts, Variable Insurance Trusts and Retail Mutual Funds.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare requirements, Project plans, specifications, business processes and recommendations; understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the introduction of new products and services; collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.
