The primary function of this position will be to work with the program office to translate project deliverable requirements into procurement plans based on the latest delivery dates in a programs integrated master schedule (ims). This person will plan, monitor, and support material availability throughout the procurement, manufacturing and test phases.
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and control policies, procedures, programs, systems and assure timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required to manufacture.
In this role, you will design and implement global Supply Chain planning processes using SAP APO ensuring that correct system processes are in place and making sure that the Global template is being implemented successfully for Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning and Production Planning scenarios.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with customers, carriers, and customs brokers, and process shipping documents such as invoices and declarations. In addition, this position will be responsible for entering and following up on orders, with a focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will enter purchase orders in computer system. Maintain procurement records, such as price, product quality, delivery changes or performance in system. Maintain up-to-date and accurate files in system.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overall program scope and schedule integration including the Integrated Master Schedule/Plan (IMS/IMP) creation, baseline, and change control.
