This Analyst Benefits supports all aspects of benefits programs and develops reporting metrics tied to Customer Service and Leave Management. The successful candidate will provides the Benefits team with monthly evaluations on the different areas trending and efficiency explanations.
The primary responsibility of this position will be contributing to the development and maintenance of an updated classification and compensation program to ensure equity across campus in terms of title, grade and salary.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to configure and maintain benefit and absence programs within the EMEA region, including execution within existing systems, downstream impacts to other internal systems, and process change management.
In this role, you will be responsible for
monitoring vendors in the delivery of accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, ensuring employee data is current and accurate and maintaining continuity and successful delivery of benefit services.
In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary contact for state Departments of Insurance and other regulatory agencies to address and resolve all regulatory issues associated with Workers Compensation insurance products and operations.
