The primary responsibility of this position will be contributing to the development and maintenance of an updated classification and compensation program to ensure equity across campus in terms of title, grade and salary.
In this role, you will be responsible for
monitoring vendors in the delivery of accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, ensuring employee data is current and accurate and maintaining continuity and successful delivery of benefit services.
The primary objectives for this position include providing analytical, technical and administrative support to the compensation function. As a key contributor on the Compensation Team, the Compensation Analyst will assist with job evaluations, competitive salary analyses, survey participation, incentive plan administration and the annual salary review process.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and decision making skills and strong team player; knowledge of third party liability & commercial payers (BCBS, Tufts, HPHC) billing requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to configure and maintain benefit and absence programs within the EMEA region, including execution within existing systems, downstream impacts to other internal systems, and process change management.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Compensation Director, HR colleagues and external consultants on a variety of projects, including: salary and incentive program reviews, market competitiveness and equity grants.
In this role, you will recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the PBIS and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes (i.e. onboarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, performance management, recruitment, etc.).
