The primary role of the Quality Control & Regulatory Manager is to oversee the Quality Control and Regulatory requirements across various categories of the Company including Home Fragrance, Fine Fragrance, and Personal Care.

The QA Manager is responsible for managing direct reports within the Quality Assurance group, ensuring compliance with Quality Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and lead the managed services team to support the following testing activities - Functional Testing, Regression, Integration Testing, End to End testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing and Test Automation.
The Sr. Manager, QA will manage the development and oversight of the QMS and support the internal and external GLP and GMP activities; establish and maintain an overall Quality System to support clinical cGMP activities.
