In this critical role, you will assist in development of primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications and assist on all consumer facing marketing activities such as advertising and marketing communication.
In this role, you will develop launch strategies to successfully introduce new products to the market, including positioning and messaging, segmentation, pricing, account targeting, promotion, and training and education.
This role will be relied upon to partner with cross-functional teams (Global Brand Franchise, Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Publicity, Brand Creative Services, Hasbro Studios and Advertising Agencies) on all phases of product development and marketing plan toolkit development.
In this role, you will be responsible for
oversee growth and profit contribution goals for the Pre-School consumer segment, covering the product lines of DUPLO and Juniors. Responsible for portfolio plans, including but not limited to pricing, profit, assortment size and overall priority / support level.
In this role, you will provide instruction on both planned curriculum modules, as well as, unplanned internal requested trainings on a continuous basis Manage all aspects of training coordination including scheduling, reservations, and logistics ensuring alignment with all external partnerships and demonstration agencies.
In this role, the successful candidate will conduct product seminars (weekly / monthly) to create an educated and professional Selling Specialist culture, with the goal of offering exceptional customer service.
The Manager will work in collaboration with and provide frequent marketing, programming and sponsorship updates to the individual departments listed above. The Manager will assist team VPs in creation and dissemination of sponsorship tools to help increase sales activity and drive revenue.
In this role, you will work with agencies to develop and deliver visual and verbal brand including assets, treatments, photography, and illustrations. Manage brand development projects to keep brand fresh.
This position requires extensive instructional design, development and project management skills as well as the ability to work with stakeholders to establish development plans for key training and courses.
In this role, you will be developing the strategic direction and identifying partnership opportunities, representing the brands business interests and leading negotiations, developing and managing relationships with these partner organizations, and initiating and supporting the execution of marketing activities to support them.
