The successful candidate must possess the requisite education and experience that will permit them be the day to day manager on site as well as the interpersonal skills to collaborate with the companys in-house design, development, finance, leasing and marketing teams.
Responsible for reviewing all associated contracts, specifications, drawings, scope of work, estimates, subcontractor requirements and other pertinent project information and prepare a project plan for review.
As a result, the understanding of completing, reviewing and analyzing the community budget is essential. Meeting with families, attending food committee and Resident council and organizing staff functions during the work day and in the evening, are critical to the success of the community.
Assist Senior Project Manager in coordinating medical equipment requirements in design, construction and procurement; assist Senior Project Manager in oversight of contractors schedule and monitoring progress.
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for reviewing and tracking contracts, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, insurance certificates and Requests for Information (RFI), all using Expedition programs.
