The potential candidate will providing a high level of administrative support to either my CMO or DOO. You will be answering the phone, taking and relying messages, coordinate desired director calendar, and work on special project and assignments.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the preparation of death tax returns, including the federal estate tax return and the Connecticut succession and estate tax returns, as well as returns for other states.
In this role, the selected candidate acts as a liaison as well as serves as a resource person inside and outside of the company and acts to resolve intermediate level to complex problems in relation to administrative coordination responsibilities.
The primary responsibility of the role is to work under deadlines and manage time effectively; unflappable personality is important. Fitting into the agency culture, desire to learn and willingness to do whatever it takes to maintain a successful client relationship is the key to the success of this position.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and distributes all correspondence for Business Development team; act as point person liaison with all outside contacts including internal and external customers.
The Administrative Assistant will make other valuable contributions, including preparing and updating reports, meeting materials, contact lists, scheduling and coordinating meetings, domestic and international travel arrangements, conferences, completing expense reports, and various other administrative duties.
In this role, the selected candidate will g enerate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor various reports; coordinate Department meeting arrangements including agendas, notes and follow-up.
