The manager will drive client issue resolution, ensure proper execution on client deliverables, communicate client status updates and provide KPIs to senior management to ensure appropriate escalation and prioritization of all client issues.

Coordinate and execute other client services as required including asset purchases, sales and financing transactions, contract monitoring/compliance, insurance monitoring and oversight, and residence management.
Individual responsible for preparing accounting analyses/schedules and reviewing work of staff. Analyzes information and ensures proper accounting treatment of transactions. Works with other departments, including Finance, and accounting staff to gather information necessary for accurate accounting. Ensures that all internal control policies and procedures are followed, and reviews internal control policies and procedures for areas of responsibility to be sure they are updated and current on a quarterly basis.
