Identify, cultivate and manage high impact relationships with key prospects and major benefit consulting firms in the health & wellness marketplace including national practice leaders, individual consultants and their major clients.
Interface with senior financial leaders and managers, corporate accounting and Big 4 auditors. You will be responsible for conducting annual audits and reviews (financial, SOX and operational) assessing existing and newly acquired entities for operational efficiency and required changes.
Execute the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) (system planning parameters, physical part parameters, takted delivery expectations, supplier integration) and adherence to material replenishment expectations, including existing MMAS & GM&L policies and procedures.
Conducting audits, training and instruction, and self-assessments of property at UTRC as well as property at subcontractor locations. Maintain and build positive relationship with the DCMA Property Administrator and Plant Clearance Officer.
Work directly with business unit teams, logistics, transportation and senior management as well as core support organizations to assure on time delivery of material for engine / module build and spare part requirements for our customers.
In this role, you will prepare federal and state corporate, individual, and partnership returns, including exercising professional judgment with respect to issue identification to develop solutions to tax issues in returns.
Create, support and maintain information delivery related to invested asset portfolio trends, income impacts of trading decisions; prepare journal entries to consolidate variable interest entities onto company financial statements.
The candidate must be able to manage many tasks simultaneously, help lead a large group, motivate others to share goals and visions and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel at PW and supplier.
