The Technical Recruiter reports to the Director of Recruiting and supports all aspects of candidate generation, recruiting, compliance and marketing for Intelligent Decisions and the companys ever-growing needs.
In this role, you will build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in - depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer - to - interview ratios.
In this role, you will perform and manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition in one or more functional areas from entry level through senior management positions. The selected candidate will conduct initial intake and recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers, with regular follow-up and progress updates.
This position will be responsible for the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled technical, cleared candidates. He / She will act as prime consultant on large projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.
In this position, you will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future positions; execute and qualify phone screens and interviews; work with hiring managers to support selection and maintaining the candidate relationship.
