The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the performance of all field construction activities for assigned craft areas in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
In this role, you will be responsible for directly managing the construction and administrative activities associated with the field operations of a project. The selected candidate will review meeting to receive project information and details for planning prior to construction.

direct the field operations for construction projects in Arlington. They provide leadership and make decisions that contribute substantially to the on time/on budget completion of work.
In this role, you will plan and direct the work activities of all involved crafts for assigned construction crafts in alignment with available engineering deliverables, tools, construction equipment, and materials.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all facets of electrical construction on small or large projects including manpower assessment and hiring, assisting in material take-off, procurement of materials, schedule development and management, and assisting in cost control management with the Division office.
