In this role, you will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.
The SCHEDULER/Planning Analyst prepares, develops, and coordinates the integrated master schedule in sufficient detail to meet all program objectives. The Scheduler is responsible for the implementation of standard processes and tools and program planning and control practices.
The Resource Scheduler will be the primary point of contact for all instructor scheduling activities. He/she will work with sales and operations staff to ensure appropriate coverage for all open-enrollment and client onsite engagements.
As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the government's Aegis BMD program; overseeing your team, you'll inspire and motivate them to carry out scheduling activities to a high standard within set deadlines.
