The Human Resources Director strategically leads the HR function for Wholesale and partners with Corporate and Wholesale Business leadership to develop and implement people strategies and improve associate performance.
The Regional Director of Corporate Sales and Wellness must possess excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and nurture others.
The successful candidate will have the 'bottom line' responsibility for the operation. ensure compliance with Whitlock policies, business strategies and templates. Regional Directors are the sales leaders of the territory and verticals.
Oversee the selection of new staff, and be responsible for motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results.
Develop and maintain annual budgets. Promote and mention an atmosphere of compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations and by performing audits with rigorous review and analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
