Maintain and direct the maintenance and accuracy of incident reporting for consistency and continuity. Collect, process, and analyze reporting data derived from disaggregated sources such as network usage tools, databases and ticketing systems.
Actively participate in and/or facilitate the development, review and approval of requirements and deliverables required to support design control risk management related activities and ensure consistency between projects and products.
Produce test plans, test procedures, and test reports for the associated test activities. In some cases, the test documentation will only require updates and maintenance as part of existing or similar programs.
Analyzes, develops, and implements changes to existing and new Pay for Performance, Value Based Purchasing, Transitional Case Management, Meaningful Use, Patient Centered Medical Home, Physician Quality Reporting System, and Medicare-based Incentive Programs.
Review work of team members as related to reviewing, verifying, and validating SDLC documentation such as Software Requirement Specifications, Software Master Test Plans, and Software Version Descriptions.
Candidate must be willing to relocate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and effectively communicate at all management levels, technical dependencies, timeline impact and risks.
Experience designing and developing manual and automated tests for mobile devices client side mobile application expert with shipped products on either Android and iOS platforms both platforms preferred.
