In this role, you will have experience working with multI discipline teams, and the ability to identify and analyze problems through the lens of their experience and subject matter expertise in order to generate executable solutions.
Responsible for delivering large and / or multiple projects, on time, within budget and to agreed specifications and providing effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects.
Perform Performance Management reviews on direct reports with focus on employee development, Identify key project resources and jointly with the Functional Managers develop succession plans for these people.
Assists Project Managers in monitoring job performance. Develops project budget, assists with MFR approval, and controls costs. Assists as project team leader for contractors, architects, engineers, Inova hospital staff, and other outside consultants.
Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core non-technical programs. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.
Serves as project team leader for contractors, architects, engineers. Serves as County and State Liaison ensuring all documents and permits are obtained for approval to proceed with construction project.
Serves as the manager for large, complex network integration projects (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Regional Manager in working with the Government's authorized representative and customer agency representatives.
